Ian has been involved as founding director and then Chairman of Global Britain since its inception in 1997. He has an engineering degree and MBA and has worked at senior level in manufacturing and finance in Antwerp, Paris and the UK.
His publications include A Cost Too Far? and Time to Say No, both published by Civitas. He has written and/or edited most of the 120 plus Briefing Notes, mainly on economic topics, published on the Global Britain website.
Ian, like many British eurosceptics, divides his time between the UK and France. He is the translator of Paul-Marie Couteaux’s prescient 1997 book L’Europe vers la Guerre (published in English by The June Press as Europe’s Road to War).
