On 4th June Labour announced it would follow suit on a promised but undelivered Conservative pledge, to ban the sale in the UK of imported Foie Gras made using the traditional method of force-feeding Geese. Such a ban is only possible due to leaving the EU Single Market.

Such a ban is only possible due to leaving the EU Single Market, as SM rules require any product legally sold in one member state, to be able to be legally sold in all member states.
Anyone applauding Labour reheating a Conservative policy on this practice, is also applauding a benefit of Brexit.
