Top line:
- UK exports outside the EU are 37% greater than UK exports to the EU
- In the last ten years, UK exports outside the EU grew.
- In the last ten years, UK exports to the rest of the EU shrank.
In 2015, the value of UK exports to the rest of the World (RoW) – was £ 387.1 billion, 37% GREATER than the value of UK exports to the rest of the EU, which was £ 281.9 billion.
Between 2006 and 2015, the value of UK exports to RoW – grew by 14.3%, from £ 338.8 bn in 2006 to £387.1 bn in 2015.
Between 2006 and 2015, the value of UK exports going to the rest of the EU shrank by 13.2%, from £324.7 bn in 2006 to £ 281.9 bn in 2015.
